The housekeeping was impeccable, but what truly stood out were the top features of the property - 24-hour room service, 24-hour security, and a welcoming 24-hour front desk. the Wi-Fi in public areas was reliable, and the car park was convenient during our exploration of the area. the hotel's proximity to gate number 7, the Salaam Door, was ideal for visits to the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. the room size exceeded expectations, earning a perfect 10/10 rating from us. the friendly staff member at check-in, despite the delay, displayed a pleasant attitude that somewhat compensated for the inconvenience. While Diyar Al Huda Hotel is a popular choice for both business and leisure travelers, our experience was marred by unprofessional conduct from some staff members. It was disheartening to encounter discourteous behavior from security staff, highlighting a gap in the hotel's professional standards. In conclusion, Diyar Al Huda Hotel offers a comfortable stay with some standout features and a convenient location for exploring the area's attractions. Despite a few setbacks, the overall experience was decent, thanks to the excellent housekeeping and the warm welcome at check-in.
